Re: Which file should I download?

O.K. I'm confused...not sure if I should download any of these files -Question?? Will any of these allow me to restart my windows after "recent system changes" have incapacitated it? or is this just a tool to create a boot disk "in case" (in my case, "in case" has already happened, and all the caution, I learned using Win98 went out the windows (yah, I know it's a pun) when I started using WinXP Home.) It seemed so reliable. Also, just so you know - I have a Compaq Presario (secondhand) with all the recovery disks etc. but no manual to know how to use them and I am MOSTLY concerned that I recover the data currently residing on my harddrive. Thanks for any help and advice you can give me. Cyndi
