Will your bootable disks work for the following problem?

I recently ran 'disk sanitizer' form system bios---BIG MISTAKE. Prior to this, my laptop worked fine--figured I was doing some good by "sanitizing" the hard drive.

Now copmputer will not boot from any of my OEM cd's. I have tried numerous sites to try and find cd that could hopefully fix the problem. The error message states corrupt sys_disk.

Can any of your software assist me in returning computer to working state?
