Re: Windows NT 3.51 Boot Disk Contents

My computer will not boot up and shows the following error:
File missing is:
\WINNT\SYSTEM32\config\system\ced

I am not sure of the NT version I have and need advice on what disk
to download to fix this. I do not have any of the original boot disks.
