I have my grandmothers computer what she did to it I am completely unsure of. it will not boot to win xp home. of course she has no clue what I am talking about when I ask for a disc or anything that came with the computer. she lives very far from me so I can’t just go over and help her find what I need. I need a boot disc to wipe and reinstall win all together. another issue is her Compaq does not have the stinkin sticker on it with the code. is there a way i can get that from the computer because she said "it did not come with anything else". it’s very frustrating when you can’t get all the stuff you need to fix it.
