Actually only the license agreement can be "Pirated" and you can use any general installation of Windows 98-XP on your Computer as long as you enter your computers License (usually printed on a "COA" Sticker somewhere on your computer).
There are some Specially coded Installation disks that will say "This is not the computer I was bundled with" but that is usally when they have other Bundled software on the disks besides the Window Installation.
