I have an old Dell OptiPlex GX110 that has windows nt 2000 professional, the OS initiates and the start music plays, but no task bar, no icons, just the mouse pointer and the blue backround, and i don't find the program cd's, i downloaded the 3 disks, but the repair disk that the pc made didn't help to repair, am i out of luck? what can i do?
