My system had virus, so used a antivirus to get it done, after finishing virus threats, it told to restart the laptop, which i did, but i am unable to get the icons on the desktop, no start menu bar, nothing, i cant get explorer.
I have to make use of ctrl+alt+del, start a new run and have to explore files which is very disturbing.
Can anyone suggest how do i overcome this problem.
