Re: Windows ME Boot Disk Download

My IBM Thinkpad 560X won't get pass the ME Splash screen. I downloaded your boot disk. Thanks for providing it. I copied it over to a floppy and tried booting up my TP. It doesn't run - I get the message to remove the disk or other media and then hit any key. I look at the diskette and there is just
one big file. Should there be a bunch of individual files. What am I doing
wrong? Thanks,

Mike

Re: Windows ME Boot Disk Download

hi mike,
did you use a image burning software to put it on to your floppy disk. if not download a free program called infrarecorder. install it then when it loads click burn image. select the .img file you downloaded from here and click open. select the drive your floppy is in (probbally A:) then click go or burn. wait until it fineshed then u are done!
